How we handle the information you share with us
This notice explains, in plain language, what information our website forms collect, why we collect it, how it’s stored, and who to contact with questions.

What forms on this site collect
We only collect information you choose to give us by filling out a form on this site. We do not collect information from visitors who are simply browsing.
Freight quote requests
When you request a quote, we collect:
- Origin and destination cities, states, ZIP codes, and requested dates
- Shipment details, including commodity, cargo condition, temperature requirements, service type, packaging, pallet or case counts, weight, and any handling notes you provide
- Your company name, contact name, email, phone number, and contact preference
- Optional supporting attachments (PDF, JPG, or PNG files) you choose to upload
Contact messages
When you send a message through our contact form, we collect the subject of your inquiry, your name, company (if provided), email, phone (if provided), and your message.
Career applications
When you apply for a role, we collect the role you’re interested in, your name, email, phone, city and state, work authorization confirmation, a summary of your experience, and, for driving roles, CDL class and related driving details. You may optionally attach a resume (PDF).
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your request, including preparing a freight quote, replying to your message, or reviewing your job application. We do not use form submissions for advertising or unrelated marketing.
How we store it
Form submissions and any attachments are stored in a secured database and/or secure file storage used to operate this site, and a copy is typically sent by email notification to our office so a team member can follow up. Access is limited to people who need it to do their jobs.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used, including which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. These are anonymous, aggregated usage events and do not include the content of anything you type into a form or other personally identifying information. If Google Analytics (GA4) is enabled in the future, it will be used the same way: aggregated usage measurement, not collection of your form contents.
We don’t sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade the information you submit to us to any third party.
How long we keep it
Quote and contact records are kept for our business records for a period that is subject to owner confirmation. Job application records are reviewed and then retained for up to one year unless you are hired, a period that is also subject to owner confirmation. If you’d like your information removed sooner, contact us using the details below.
Please don’t send highly sensitive information
Please don’t upload or type highly sensitive personal information into any form on this site. Do not submit Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, dates of birth, or financial account numbers. If we need that kind of information to process a shipment or an application, we’ll collect it through a more secure, direct channel.
