Your request is stored with a reference number and the Burnsed team is notified immediately. A team member reviews the lane, timing, and shipment details and follows up by your preferred contact method.
What if my shipment is urgent?
Call (772) 467-2620. For time-critical freight, a direct conversation is the fastest way to review timing and available capacity.
What information should I have ready?
Have these ready: origin and destination ZIP codes, pickup date, any delivery deadline, the commodity and its condition (fresh, frozen, or other refrigerated), approximate size and weight, and the temperature you need held.
Do you only haul seafood?
No. Seafood and fresh fish are our specialty, and Burnsed also transports other refrigerated and perishable commodities. Include the product and required temperature so operations can assess compatibility.
